Aperuy was a wonderful place to stay and perfectly situated for exploring one of the most amazing places I’ve ever visited. The house and property is beautiful and comfortable, everything you could need for your trip to Yakushima.
The hosts are so friendly and helpful and made our visit easy, including being flexible as the number of guests changed over time. Highly, highly recommend getting the food option, especially dinner - it was one of the tastiest meals we had in Japan.
Even as a foreign traveler, our trip was easy and wonderful because we stayed here. I can’t recommend highly enough - Aperuy feels like a dream.
