Please use our apartment with common sense. We need to charge you if any damage found after you check out. We also need to charge you when you lost key or wifi device.
Please inform us right away if you lose or break something. If you found something broken when you checked in please inform us as soon as possible to avoid the argument.
2.Voice down and tread softly
Please keep quiet during your stay and tread softly during your whole stay.
3. No smoking
No smoking in the whole apartment but you can smoke at balcony.
4. Save earth
Please turn off all electric device when you are out of apartment.
5. Follow rules
- Only the registered guests may enter our apartment. Please make a reservation for the correct number of people.
- Check-in time: 3PM, Check-out time: 10AM
6. Cleaning Issue
Let us know and send us an evidence if the room isn't clean when you arrive at the room in the first place, no refund for claims after you check out.
