【ハウスルール】
◆チェックイン 14:00, チェックアウト 11:00
◆お庭やミニログハウスはご自由に（施錠されたスタッフ倉庫への立ち入りはご遠路下さい）ご利用いただけますが、利用した場合は必ず原状回復をお願いします。
※伊豆高原の土地柄、高低差があり、お庭には傾斜がございますので、十分にお気をつけください。
※自然に囲まれた場所柄、虫や小動物が暮らしています。清掃時十分に気を付けておりますが完全に排除できない場合もございます。滞在中は網戸を閉め、扉の開けっ放しなどしないようお願いいたします。殺虫剤や蚊取り線香もご用意しておりますのでご自由にお使いください。
BBQ時はカラスなどが来ることもありますので食材の放置などなさらないようお願いいたします。

【ご注意点】
◆レイトチェックアウトは清掃会社の作業遅延につながりますため、一律15000円を請求させていただきます。13時過ぎてのチェックアウトの場合は事前承諾がない場合（追加料金のお支払い完了含め）1泊の基本料金の請求となります。
◆チェックアウト後に建物や備品に汚損等があった場合は、修理や買替にかかる実費を請求いたしますので、くれぐれも我が家で過ごすかのように大切に使っていただけると嬉しいです。
◆ペットの無断連れ込み（ペット同行希望の場合は必ず事前にメッセージとペット代金のお支払いをお願いします）や喫煙は固くご遠慮ください。（守らない場合は特殊清掃代金として、￥20,000いただきます）

※オンラインサポート（AirBnBメッセ―ジ機能）は午前8時から深夜2時まで対応しております。時間外は翌営業日となります。

【House Rules】
◆CHECK IN 13:00, CHECK OUT 11:00
◆You may enjoy the garden (and the camping chairs in the log cabin) and the cabin as you wish. Please tidy after use.

***Please note that due to the nature of the land in Izu Kogen, there is a slight slope in the garden due to the difference in elevation.
***Since the location is surrounded by nature, there will be insects and small animals, please make sure you keep the windows shut or use the screen doors to prevent insects coming inside. We also have bug spray and mosquito incense on the property for your use.
◆We will respond to your messages between 8AM and 2AM.
In an emergency, please check the info pack in the property and call emergency contact lines.
◆All spaces in the facility (except the locked staff storage room) and the garden including the log house on the property are accessible to guests.

【Liabilities on misuse】
◆Late check-outs will lead to delays in the cleaning company's operation and will be charged at a flat rate of ¥15,000. If you check out later than 13:00 without preauthorization and extra payment, you will be charged the base rate of the accommodation fee.
◆If there is any damage to the building or equipment after check-out, the guests will be charged the repair or replacement costs, so we hope you will take good care of the property as if it were your own home.
◆Pets without prior authorization and smoking is not allowed at our property. If violated, we will charge a special cleaning fee of ￥20,000.
